Mia offers a variety of different courses but is currently running her Worthy Women 9-week course. In this 9-week series, Mia coaches 10 women to take drastic action in their lives, wake up to the truth of with they are, and create an amazing life from an authentic place of empowerment within themselves.

Each week Mia offers 1-1 intimate coaching with each member and a weekly seminar to the group. She covers various topics that help women have breakthroughs on areas that they are struggling with and educates them on topics to further their growth.

Mia offers speaking engagements to women’s shelters, juvenile detention centers, jails, high schools and other adult educational events. She speaks on various topics such as turning pain into power, mindset and living a passion filled life. Mia is a master of being able to vulnerably and powerful share her story in a way that shifts others to realize they can take any painful past and turn it into something powerful. She is dedicated to living a life full of passion and purpose and doesn’t let modern day limiting beliefs and thinking structures shape her reality. Furthermore, she prides herself and the fact that her relationship with God is the foundation of anything she wants to create and is consistently doing powerful mindset work to ensure she is always pushing herself further.

Mia loves to give back to the community by sharing her story to the youth that are currently in foster care, group homes or juvenile detention centers, showing them that she has been where they are and to not let their current situations define their future.

Mia offers 2 and 3 day retreats for Women in the White Mountains of Arizona, where she facilitates a healing weekend for like mined women. Women are able to come together to connect, share, heal and grow. She does this by offering a spiritual and healing environment surrounded by gorgeous views and facilitating different workshops consisting of yoga, meditation, mindset, and purposeful living workshops.
