My Journey

Mia is a Motivational Speaker, Women’s Empowerment Coach, Founder of the “Worthy Women Movement”, active and successful Real Estate Agent, Fully Licensed Financial Advisor and a Mother of two. Mia also holds a Degree in Criminal Justice as well as numerous Certifications in Personal Growth with The Satbatove Institute, Boston Breakthrough Academy and the John Gottman Institiute. She has facilitated courses around purposeful living since 2012.

Mia launched her Worthy Women Movement to empower women to wake up to the truth of who they are, live an empowered life, and turn pain into purpose. She wants to share her story from victim to victor in her life and how she broke through the statistical curses of being born in the foster care system and being a juvenile delinquent. She wants to demonstrate how she went on to work at the Sheriff's Office, graduate with Degrees, Financial Licenses and started her own business all while doing it alone with no family support.

Mias success story was captured in Judge Hubert Grimes’s book “How to keep your child from going to jail”. In his book he expresses how Mia Wright has been one of his biggest success stories in his 40-year professional career. Mia has now launched her own movement and is the author of the book “From White Trash to Worthy” which will be released in April 2022.
